I had my moment recently, designing our apartment where my parents live. The special part about designing for your parents and baby brother is that you know your end-user inside-out. Located in an upscale locality close to the Mumbai International Airport, the 3-bedroom apartment on the 13th floor overlooks the runway, enjoying cool breezes and magnificient views. At Studio A’17, transforming an apartment into a home is always a special journey we take together with our client. With the idea that good design can make your home function better for you, we set out to experiment with various practical solutions that bring greater ease of living. And being on our home turf, we decided to go quite a bit avant-garde!
